How to Clear Your Browser Cache (Internet Explorer)

1. Click the Gear Icon to the right of the address bar

2. Select "Internet options" from the drop-down, an Internet Options popup will appear

3. In the "Browsing history" section, click the "Delete..." button, another popup window will open.

Note: The "General" tab should be selected by default - if not, make sure "General" is selected in the window

4. In the "Delete Browsing History" popup, you can select what categories you'd like to delete from your browser. We suggest you select "Temporary Internet files" and "Cookies and website data"

5. Click on "Delete" to delete your browser cache

Keyboard Shortcut: With the Internet Explorer Window active press "Ctrl+Shift+Delete" and make sure the boxes "Temporary Internet files" and "Cookies and website data" are checked, then click "Delete"
