OnBase PDF Preview Failure
Issue: When importing or previewing existing PDFs in OnBase you do not get a preview of the document.

Cause: Your Adobe license is not active. You may have already registered two devices.
Solution: Use Adobe Acrobat DC to sign out of a previously licensed device.
Video Walkthrough of OnBase PDF Preview Failure Fix (May take a minute to load)
1. Open the Start Menu and search for "Adobe Acrobat DC". Click the result to open the program.

2. Sign into Adobe Acrobat DC using your Mt. SAC portal username and password. If you are prompted to select an account, select Company or School Account

3. If you are already signed into Adobe Acrobat DC on two devices a menu will pop up letting you know you are at your device activation limit. Choose one of the devices listed and click the Sign out button. You will get a message letting you know you've signed out of that device successfully.

4. Click the Continue button to sign in to the current device.

Now when importing PDFs into OnBase they will preview correctly.
